SHIPPING POLICY

For all next day deliveries your order should arrive the next business day after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon EST. Please note overnight orders placed after 12:00 noon (EST) Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Tuesday and should arrive the next business day after shipping. A signature will be required and additional charges may be incurred if more than one attempt is made for delivery. We use FedEx as our primary shipping method and all items are shipped fully insured, with our iconic gift-wrap.

Return or exchange of a Rolex Certified Pre-Owned timepiece will incur a restocking fee of $600. Rolex Certified Pre-Owned timepieces are shipped priority overnight with a signature required upon delivery.

Shipping is free for all domestic orders over $10,000 USD. 

After an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent out indicating order details as well as the tracking number.

Wilson & Son Jewelers will make every attempt to ship out an order as soon as it is placed with us.
